Neon Splatter collects no personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or any contact information
• We do not collect location data
• We do not track your device or advertising identifier
• We do not use analytics services or third-party SDKs

Data Stored on Your Device

The only data stored is your high score, saved locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Multiplayer (Nearby Play)

Neon Splatter's multiplayer feature uses Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework to connect with nearby devices over Bluetooth or local WiFi. Your device's name may be visible to other nearby players during a session. No data is sent to any external server — all communication is directly device-to-device and does not persist after the session ends.

Third-Party Services

Neon Splatter does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with any third party.

Children's Privacy

Neon Splatter is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Since we collect no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
